Shipping, Returns, Privacy
If you have received the wrong piece of art or a damaged piece of art, we are happy to send out a replacement for you at no cost along with the paperwork needed for you to send the incorrect or damaged piece back to us. Please be aware that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report that your art was damaged or that you received the wrong piece.
Sadly, due to the limited number of prints available on each of our products, we are not able to accept returns as we are not allowed under our sales licenses to resell the same piece once it has already been sold.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship to anywhere in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size-based. The size of any such item can be found on its detail page. Due to the size of some prints, they ship at over-sized carrier rates and incur additional fees. These fees are imposed by the carrier, not by us.
